CEA's origin dates
back to the 1930's. In 1936 Alessandro Annettoni, an expert and creative
electrician, together with his son Ezio started to build electric welders
typically workmanlike. In 1942 Alessandro Annettoni, together with a
partner, established SICE, Società Italiana Costruzioni Elettromeccaniche,
for the manufacture of Arc and Resistance Welding equipment and his son Ezio
led the Company. Eight years later, in 1950 Ezio Annettoni, thanks to his
own natural entrepreneurial flair, decided together with his father to leave
SICE to establish a new company on his own. |
