MOBILE / MOBILE PULSE is a compact inverter welding system designed to deliver professional MIG/MAG performance in a highly portable format. Built with the footprint of a single wire feeder unit, it combines advanced welding technology with excellent mobility, making it ideal for maintenance, repair work, installation activities and light fabrication.

Despite its compact size, the system integrates a professional 4-roll wire feeding mechanism and supports wire spools up to Ø300 mm, ensuring stable and precise wire feeding in demanding applications.

X VISION control interface

The machine is equipped with the X VISION LCD interface, which provides clear parameter visualization and intuitive control of all welding functions.

The synergic control automatically adjusts the main welding parameters based on material, wire diameter and shielding gas, simplifying setup while maintaining stable arc behavior and consistent weld quality.

Multiprocess welding flexibility

MOBILE / MOBILE PULSE supports multiple welding processes within a single compact machine:

• MIG/MAG welding

• Pulsed MIG

• Dual Pulse MIG

• MMA welding

• TIG welding with Lift ignition

This multiprocess capability allows the system to be used across a wide range of materials and applications, including steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel and aluminium.

Advanced welding processes

The system includes several advanced welding processes developed by CEA.

vision.COLD is designed for low heat input applications such as thin sheet welding and MIG brazing, reducing distortion and preserving protective coatings.

Additional processes such as vision.ULTRASPEED improve arc stability and productivity in MIG/MAG welding.

Designed for portability and efficiency

The compact design makes the system particularly suitable for mobile work environments while maintaining professional welding performance.

Additional features include:

• Built-in polarity changeover for gas and gasless wires

• Compatibility with Up/Down torches and DIGITORCH with display

• Parameter protection through password control

• LED lighting inside the wire feeder compartment

• Energy-saving fan management system

Single-phase versions equipped with Power Factor Correction (PFC) allow operation at full power even with 16 A mains supply and ensure stable operation when powered by generator sets.
